Mar 27, 2016 at 22:42 comment added Rand al'Thor Mod Posting identical answers to different questions is a bad idea: if exactly the same answer solves both problems, then the questions are likely to be duplicates. (In fact, it's considered such 'suspicious' behaviour that doing so automatically raises a moderator flag.) Posting similar answers, e.g. based on the same information but focusing on different aspects of it to draw conclusions about different questions, can be acceptable though.
