A quick search of tolkien language yields 161 results, 33 of them questions, while quenya yields 89 results. I scored using this system and got 12 (+2, -1, +1, +2, +2, +2, +1, +2, +1), which is pretty darn good, and according to the aforementioned post is good enough to be a tag. There is even a tag, which seems preposterous since I think would be much better.

Very good question, @CHEESE; funnily enough, I was about to ask the same exact question when you ninja'd me! Anyway, I certainly agree with everything you have said; makes perfect sense given how well it did on this system and all of those searches, and given that nobody has yet responded and tried to negate your efforts, @CHEESE, this seems like a great idea and should be created ASAP.

  • I hate being self-ninja'd. So embarrassing. – ibid Mar 21 '16 at 19:37
  • What do you think about adding languages while you're at it? – Molag Bal Mar 21 '16 at 20:42
  • @amarillo To what? – CHEESE Mar 21 '16 at 20:43
  • To the questions you're retagging. If they have to do with tolkien-languages, then they're also related to languages. – Molag Bal Mar 21 '16 at 20:44
  • @amarillo OK, I can – CHEESE Mar 21 '16 at 20:45

@CHEESE But please don't swamp the front page with tag edits. A rough rule of thumb to prevent the swamping out of new questions is to ensure that no more than 5 of the top 15 posts on the front page were last edited by you. – Rand al'Thor Mar 21 '16 at 20:45
  • @randal'thor Good to know. Only one of the questions I tagged [tolkien-languages] didn't have [languages] – CHEESE Mar 21 '16 at 20:53
